Busy Bodies

Busy Bodies. The adult body is made up of 100 trillion cells, 206 bones, 600 muscles and 22 internal organs. Every square inch of the human body has about 19 million skin cells and every HOUR about 1 billion cells in the human body must be replaced!

There are 11 systems in your body:

  • Circulatory (heart, blood, vessels)
  • Respiratory (nose, trachea, lungs)
  • Immune (many types of protein, cells, organs, tissues)
  • Skeletal (bones)
  • Excretory (lungs, large intestine, kidneys)
  • Urinary (bladder, kidneys)
  • Endocrine (glands)
  • Muscular (muscles)
  • Nervous (brain, spinal cord, nerves)
  • Reproductive (male and female reproductive organs)
  • Digestive (mouth, esophagus, stomach, intestines)

Do you REALLY think that by taking a vitamin C, some vitamin D and maybe a couple other vitamins here and there that you’re feeding ALL these cells and systems what they need to do their jobs?!  Let’s consider one teeny cell out of those 100 trillion. Let’s make it a heart cell. If you take that heart cell and put it under a microscope, it would ‘beat’ (contract and relax) rhythmically.  I have been teaching that concept for years, and finally found a visual for you!

Can you imagine all the nutritional and neurological interactions required to make that cell beat? The vitamins, mineral cofactors, neurotransmitters, enzymes etc. If you’re not giving your body ALL the nutrients ~ making them available at any given second when your body calls upon them ~ how can your body… how can every teeny cell do its job in the amazing way it was intended to?

Does that make sense to you? Each cell has a very specific function. Each cell requires a specific combination of minerals and other nutrients to perform. We need to provide our body with ALL the nutrients so that they’re available and ‘on call’ when needed.

Our bodies are made to survive. This is evidenced by even a tiny pin prick on your finger. As soon as you start to bleed, your body rushes to stop the bleeding. Again needing specific nutrients like calcium, vitamin K, protein called fibrinogen and others. But your body will make every effort to heal and mend itself immediately.

Even on larger scales, survival is our body’s motto. When a woman is pregnant, that baby’s body takes whatever it needs from mom’s nutrition supply. As those little baby cells multiply, grow and develop, the nutritional demand is incredible. That’s a busy body!  Why do you think a prenatal nutrition program is so vital? It supports baby’s astounding development and prevents mom from becoming nutritionally depleted.

So for all 100 trillion cells, 206 bones, 600 muscles, 22 internal organs and from a pin prick on your finger to the miracle of a new human life, mineral based nutrition is required.  Not just a few nutrients, but the 90 nutrients thoughtfully combined in the 90forLIFE! Healthy Body Pack. Give your body what it’s hungry for.  It’s loved by bodies and it is brilliant.
